The company has great benefits. The culture and values of the company are really good, and they try their best to ensure those values are maintained.
Not much room for advancement. Company doesn't invest much in IT to keep it current with the market.
We need to make sure that the message at the highest levels actually gets driven down through all the management correctly. There are times when the views of senior management don't line up with those of the line managers.
