Pros

Good peers, good vacation policy, good health benefits, good retirement match.

Cons

It feels like we're constantly about to be outsourced.

Executive leadership keeps firing people left and right and expects the rest of us to keep up the same level of work.

The current model is to bring in more and more people from outside companies, especially those in India. The communications issues are just getting worse and worse as a result.

It seems that if the executive leadership got their way, they would just send the whole of IT to India and be done with it.

Advice to Management

Stop threatening your talent. Stop offshoring everything.
