Easy-going, interesting work. Good benefits.
So much middle management. Not a very big fan of the culture. A lot of dinosaurs are still managing things and influencing the image and culture. Doesn't feel like a tech company.
Put more of an emphasis on our work and the quality of our work, and less on employee reviews and antiquated processes. Give us more flexibility in doing our job and incorporating technology.

The first round was behavioral, and the second one was technical. The technical round was LeetCode easy. However, know all OOP concepts and JavaScript. The behavioral round was a little challenging. Learn all the basic behavioral questions.
