Cons: The worst management I have ever worked for. The culture is an atmosphere of fear. Failure to hire over the long term has resulted in a stagnant computing environment. This company is far behind all telecommunication and entertainment companies in IT offerings and consumer products. Your skills and dedication will not be recognized at AT&T.
