The people I work with are amazing human beings, money, relaxed environment, option to work from home a few days a week, professional development programs
Sometimes, level 2 managers can be taken advantage of and forced to work ungodly hours, which is why I have chosen not to actively look for a more advanced position.
Help us help you. We are not lazy, so please stop subscribing to "father of capitalism" Adam Smith's "people will be as lazy as possible" mantra. We want to work and make you look good. I know this should be apparent, and it is, but sometimes it doesn't always feel like upper management trusts mid-level managers.
