Pros

Unlimited education, degree, training, or certification opportunities are available at little or no cost to managers.

Grow your skills in order to stay relevant.

If you are in a field you do not like, you can figure out a plan or path with numerous available resources and start working your plan without leaving the Company.

Cons

Limited time: 40-60 hour workweeks (salaried) can make it challenging to find time for the training opportunities that are available. If you can make it work, you should absolutely take advantage of them.

Advice to Management

In my experience as a manager, communication is clear.
