Good company to work for
All of the people are smart, educated, and great people to work with. The bureaucracy can be burdensome sometimes, but that is true with every large company and most others.
Finance guys are winning the day by outsourcing most IT jobs. I'm not sure they are creating a better product, though. It's just a lot of finger-pointing and washing of hands when things go wrong with the contractors.
Force your managers to cut costs by running leaner teams to do the same work, rather than sending jobs out of the country.
