Ethical, respectful, empathy, opportunities, new tech
Overworked, short-staffed, archaic processes.
HR call, then hiring manager call, interview with a panel of team members. It took about one month from the initial call to the offer letter. Very prompt recruiting team. Glassdoor is forcing me to enter 30 words, so these are just filler words. Hell
It was a group interview with 6-8 test managers who went around the room one by one asking me questions. They repeated this about 5x around. Questions seemed to be grouped into areas: 1. Personal background. 2. Specifics about experience. 3. Manage
Had around of technical discussion and then got the offer. Most of the questions were on Java and Selenium. Once we cleared the interview, within a few days, I got a callback from HR and received the offer within a couple of days.
