Good colleagues, poor management
Learned a lot while working there. Colleagues are great, smart folks. Enjoyed the atmosphere and work environment.
Management was clueless about the business. They seemed to backtrack on direction every 6 months. Lots of reorgs led to confusion and disrupted work progress.
Listen to your employees, not to outside consultants. You nor they know what's best. Make a decision, stick to it. If a year or more later it's not working, admit it was wrong, then try something different.
