You take a paycheck home.
Uncompetitive, below market rate salary. Terrible health and dental plans. The plans used to make up for the bad salary, but that went down the toilet last year when the new "gold" plan became last year's "bronze". You have to pay a big premium if you want any out-of-network coverage. What a joke.
Company is filled with bootlickers who are too busy kissing up to Stankey to do anything about the sinking Titanic. The CEO made some legally questionable comments during the last town hall. Someone on Yammer (Viva Engage) had the courage to demand that a recording be published so that everyone could hear what John Stankey had to say about older employees. That individual was fired on the spot and was gone the next day.
Company is pushing return to office as a layoff mechanism to avoid having to pay severance. They are getting rid of hub locations and telling those impacted to move to Dallas or Atlanta on very short notice and at their own expense. (Relocation costs are not covered.) You are required to respond to the letter by October, and to report to the new location by January.
My advice to anyone considering working here: if you are out of college, use this company as a hopping stone to jump-start your career, but do not stick around. They will not take care of you, and they will screw you over. Company has no long-term vision and your skills will stagnate here.
Get rid of John Stankey and replace him with someone more competent, like John Legere. I am dead serious. Stankey is a useless sack of potatoes who only knows how to sink company morale.

I was selected for the first round. The interview questions were on Spring Boot and Java fundamentals. The rest of the interview also had the same level of questions.
There were technical tests (LeetCode style). They later called and set up an interview. The interview was okay and not very technical. I did not click with the interviewer.
