Pros
  • Hybrid work from home (3 days a week). When the virus spreads, we are usually given the option for 100% remote.
  • Good direct managers.
  • Great effort is made so every employee can learn through a growth plan.
  • Got to learn a lot from the different projects, each with a different agenda and aims.
  • Most of the people are professionals and are very nice and lovely to work with. If not, there is always an authority or mentor that can give advice.
Cons
  • Switching projects can be good and interesting, but it can be
  • Not all projects are that interesting.
  • Working with old systems / not the most advanced tools for communication/management.
