If you want to stay here, you should be prepared to be stuck for a long time. There is a lack of standards, and if your manager is from India and you are from another country, prepare to be treated like you are stupid.

Software Engineer
There were technical tests (LeetCode style). They later called and set up an interview. The interview was okay and not very technical. I did not click with the interviewer.

I did the first round of behavioral interviews, but have yet to be scheduled for the technical interview, one month later. They asked behavioral questions such as how to resolve conflict or about your greatest technical strength.
