My wife recently quit her job and started going back to school because you gave us the impression that we had job security. Now, to essentially lay 1000s of people under the guise of requiring all employees to return to the office and requiring them to relocate to a hub city to do so, is cowardly, tacky, and insulting.
Do better.
There were technical tests (LeetCode style). They later called and set up an interview. The interview was okay and not very technical. I did not click with the interviewer.
I did the first round of behavioral interviews, but have yet to be scheduled for the technical interview, one month later. They asked behavioral questions such as how to resolve conflict or about your greatest technical strength.
Quick, easy, positive. Interviewers were polite and understanding when I mentioned I had class and exams and asked to reschedule. Interviews were at the beginning of the workday or at the end.
