Phone interview was talking about the projects and how my previous skills were applicable. In person interview consisted of 3 or 4 people, including the team manager and his boss. Several simple coding questions as well as some in-depth conversation

The "pre-interview" process was not very pleasant. The people at the career fair were not patient enough to listen to what you were talking about. They showed up at the career fair only for company visibility. It was a waste of time.
