Good work-life balance, average pay, good benefits.
Lots of bureaucracy and slow to get promotions.
First, there was a coding challenge that was easy. Then, a phone screening that was behavioral and not too bad. Finally, there was a technical interview where they asked two relatively simple questions.
The in-person interview was with several senior employees. I discussed my experience in software development and scientific research. They were interested in my experience communicating scientific results to people outside of my field.
Was provided simple algorithm problems. Took their technology development program path for a data analyst but allowed interview advancements to be pushed further in the application process. Overall, it was a good experience.
