Good job, good teams, good people.
Low opportunity for promotions and raises.
I recently completed a technical interview where I was given a HackerRank online assignment. The questions were quite challenging, at a medium-hard level on LeetCode, covering various algorithms and data structures, including complex graph problems.
Three rounds of interviews. The process was also good, and the company looks like an MNC. It's there in Hyderabad, but the headquarters is in the USA. It looks like a telecom project, and work-life balance is good.
It's good with three rounds of technical and coding. First round: normal phone screen. Next: onsite screen of technical round. Final round: by hiring manager about behavioral questions and interaction with team attitude questions.
