Pros

Very good products to sell and great people to work with at the local level.

Decent 401K match. Managers can utilize a Fidelity Brokerage Link account if you are the type of person who likes investing themselves in stocks or ETFs.

Cons

Hours were unpredictable in the role I was in supporting sales teams across the country. Poor strategic decisions by leadership have greatly devalued this company over the last decade. Trying to buy T-Mobile and failing, and getting charged $7 billion for that failure, overpaying by quite a lot in retrospect for both DirecTV and Time Warner streaming and content companies.

Advice to Management

Focus has changed now, but the focus was on online content for streaming and entertainment for years when those were not core strengths of the company.
