Still an old dog with a legacy of middle managers who still seem to like silos. A lot of old junk to rip and replace. Jobs really aren’t that fun and fresh.
Eliminate legacy VP levels.
Not getting the job done.
Keep it real, and for those that want to stay, invest in them.
