The employees at the San Ramon campus were very nice, and in general, the employees were nice.
Management is very short-sighted.
Take the long-term view.

Detailed phone screen interview. It started with explaining my current work and then moved to technical areas. Telecom domain experience is helpful, such as OSI layers, security, IPs, and subnets.
