The interview consisted of a HackerRank, a live coding interview, a behavioral assessment, and a discussion with my potential manager. The process was incredibly smooth, and I was given really helpful updates and check-ins throughout the process.

It seemed like they just wanted to see if I was an idiot or not. The job I interviewed for was offered on the phone interview. The job I accepted did not exist and was known to never exist. It seemed like they just needed any warm body to fill slots

Multiple rounds. For each round, you're progressively getting deeper into the title and show your knowledge on the topic or role at hand. Be able to talk about prior projects.
