So far, everyone I've met at the office has been very friendly. There are a good number of social events in the office for TDPers, so you never feel isolated or uncared for. Work-life balance is good, and I rarely feel stressed about deadlines or work in general.
The pay for the position is good, but there are better companies that will provide more compensation (for more work). Other companies are also ahead of AT&T in fields like AI/ML, so the work may not be as interesting or rewarding.
