A Good Place to Start Your Career
So far, everyone I've met at the office has been very friendly. There are a good number of social events in the office for TDPers, so you never feel isolated or uncared for. Work-life balance is good, and I rarely feel stressed about deadlines or work in general.
The pay for the position is good, but there are better companies that will provide more compensation (for more work). Other companies are also ahead of AT&T in fields like AI/ML, so the work may not be as interesting or rewarding.

TDP Software Engineer
Easy interview process. Helpful interviewers. 3 interviews. The 1st and last are behavioral. The 2nd is technical. The 1st interview is a phone screening. The 2nd is an hour-long technical interview consisting of technical questions.
