Pros
  • It is a place where you can learn tech skills & get paid while doing it.
  • You are basically a consultant for the company, providing your tech skills.
  • Great salary coming out of college, living in the South.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
Cons
  • Must be a self-starter, as projects to work on can be slow.
  • 3-day hybrid model.
  • Few cutting-edge projects.
  • Must be willing to step outside of the team to find cool projects.
Advice to Management

Hire Associate Directors who have a background with early career hires.
