They still conduct multiple coding interviews.
One prescreen with Karat, which includes 20 minutes of engineering questions and 40 minutes of coding, followed by two 60-minute coding sessions.
This is for a senior position in an era of AI agents.
I believe they spend too much time on coding rather than architecture. I did not have time to finish, and I received an offer from another company.
