The worst part is, if you don't intend to select a candidate, what is the purpose of conducting almost 7 hours of interviews? One interview round alone took 3 hours, which clearly indicates the candidate possesses the required knowledge for the role, otherwise, it would have concluded within 30 to 45 minutes maximum.
Now, I have no idea what 'rocket technology' the organization works with. After a 7-hour interview where I seemingly performed well and answered almost every question, even demonstrating practically, they decided I was not fit for the organization.
If this was the outcome, why waste 7 hours of my time and theirs? This could easily be determined within 30-45 minutes or an hour. 🙏
Practical demonstration on Git and Bitbucket. Linux questions. Networking question. Questions from the OSI model.
