Basically, the technical interviews were not challenging at all, but you might not be able to get the desirable level.

I felt negative about the management interview, as the feeling was just like taking an IELTS speaking exam. I was asked a series of questions, and that was all. The interviewer didn't show any interest in my experience and didn't understand the background of my examples.

Probably, the interviewer doesn't need to find out if they want to work with the candidate; they just need to get their interview job finished.

Before each interview, they helped me prepare. After the interview, I received instant feedback. The recruiters did pretty well.
