Process

The process consisted of:

An online coding test
A behavioural phone interview
A series of onsite interviews (coding, technical, and whiteboarding).

The coding interview asked for a fairly simple implementation and then how to optimize it. The technical interview covered a whole range of topics, such as OO programming, concurrency, and data structures. The whiteboarding interview involved discussing a project I did in depth: how I approached it, design decisions, teamwork, etc.

The interviewers were all quite friendly. The interviewer I had for the whiteboarding interview gave me fewer prompts than expected, but I still managed to use the full 40 minutes.

Pros: Still an all-remote working environment, and the pay is decent.

Cons: Leaders do not give a damn about the values anymore. They only pay minor lip-service to them but do not follow them at all.
