Testing day:
- Pair programming for a simple class implementation, not testing for Java language specifics. Must pass unit tests and performance tests.
- Whiteboard session to describe a project/design you did. Must explain the design choices made.
- Programming knowledge test for general knowledge such as OOP concepts and lists, threading.

Pros: The company culture is fantastic. Employees are well taken care of. The mission is great and customer journeys are super inspiring.
Internal mobility.
Cons: Such quick growth had a bit of a negative effect on the culture in the last few years.
In some departments, reorganizations are too often.
