The experience did not make me very excited about Atlassian. I think that was obvious in my tone, and I did not follow up.
The interview was insanely easy, but I think I annoyed the interviewer by asking too many questions about their product quality.

Pros: Remote, pay with stocks. Most engineers are nice and want to help each other out.
Cons: Stack ranking with PIP quotas, 6-month performance review, unrealistic deadlines, gradual decline in the quality of engineers/code, stagnant stock price.
