The initial stage is a phone interview, in which they perform some standard eligibility checks and figure out your motivations. This lasts for roughly 15 minutes in total, before they move on to two technical rounds.

I applied online and had a phone conversation with HR, followed by two coding interviews with an engineer and an architect. All coding questions were answered on time and with good explanations, but I received a rejection three weeks after the interv
