I applied through an employee referral and had an initial screen with the recruiter. It was odd that they contacted me without even looking at my resume and called me for the wrong role. I had specifically mentioned that I am international in my application, yet the recruiter still seemed taken aback when they found out that I was not a citizen or possess a H1B.

There are P70s and P60s who slack off and don't land any impact, but they are blessed every half for kissing behinds.
APEX is the Hunger Games.
Over hiring. No impactful work = dog eat dog.
Zero product strategy.
Zero customer focus.
Horrible WLB.
Chaos.
