Process

Stay away from their fraudulent process.

They will burn you up with unexpected, subjective matters.

Every round will lower your rating and make you feel worthless.

The interviewer does not know what they are looking for.

Even after explaining every single thing, the feedback was that I did not consult them on the requirement.

They will allocate two coding rounds, independently assessed by two individuals, which is good.

However, as soon as you move to the Design phase, one person will decide your outcome.

Power is given to one person, and you are at their mercy to be misjudged.

How can they do that?

No surprise that they use big hiring numbers to get free media attention.

Stay away from this fraudulent interview.

Pros: Company values are meaningful and do have an impact on how people go about their work. Founders are genuine about caring for people within the company before attempting to make an impact outside the company. That triggers down to managers, and the company vibe is hardworking, but we are treating you like a friend and family. Team Anywhere is amazing; it really is the dawn of work-life balance/integration.

Cons: Require a certain way of working to get the best outcome. Overwhelming amount of information at the start.

Pros: Company values are meaningful and do have an impact on how people go about their work. Founders are genuine about caring for people within the company before attempting to make an impact outside the company. That triggers down to managers, and the company vibe is hardworking, but we are treating you like a friend and family. Team Anywhere is amazing; it really is the dawn of work-life balance/integration.

Cons: Require a certain way of working to get the best outcome. Overwhelming amount of information at the start.
