The interview process was simple: two practical coding rounds and one system design round focused on API design and understanding the service's product needs. I was evaluated as P60/hire with overwhelmingly positive feedback on all aspects. The overall technical part felt pretty easy for a company of such caliber.
This was followed by a pleasant leadership craft round and a casual values interview (similar to a behavioral interview, but focused on values and non-level defining).
Surprisingly, the values interview led to rejection. I rewatched the whole interview and found nothing suspicious.
Takeaways:
Coding: Rate limiter
System design: Tagging system
