A recruiter will get in touch with you. They will then proceed to ignore you for months at a time between interview rounds, even though you passed.
Halfway through, they will hand you off to a different recruiter. This recruiter will decide you aren't interviewing for the original position and that you need to go through the entire process over again. This recruiter will also ignore you for months at a time.
