Process
The interview started with an HR brief, followed by pair programming (two sessions, one hour each). This was followed by a systems design session (virtual whiteboard, one hour), then a culture interview (one hour), and finally manager interviews (two rounds, one hour each).
Six hours in total.
I was put on hold because they couldn't find a team that matched my skillset. Six months later, I received the official rejection letter.

The RSUs are good, but that's the reason why anyone is still around.
