The overall interview process was good, and I kind of liked my interaction with all the interviewers I met. They were intelligent people and knew what to expect from a potential candidate, and were friendly all the way.
However, the discussion around benefits towards the end was a complete put-off. Even when expectations were discussed during an initial meeting, they still came up with odd reasons to negotiate on the benefits part.
When I got back and checked previous interviews here on Glassdoor, I could see candidates with similar experience in the past, which kind of speaks volumes about how the company manages its recruitment process.
