Process
I had a screen call with Atlassian's recruiter.
Then, I had two rounds of technical interviews on Karat, which were fairly straightforward.
After that, I completed two rounds focused on machine and JavaScript coding — challenging but reasonable for a senior role.
The system design round also went smoothly.
Later, the recruiter told me I passed all rounds with strong results, but they couldn't move forward due to a hiring freeze and internal restructuring.
Some time after, another recruiter said I was at the top of their list, but I never heard back.
