Applied through the Atlassian website. Received a call a couple of weeks later.

Round 1: Screening Round (Telephonic) A recruiting team member reached out to check suitability for the profile and discuss current experience, work mode, and future aspirations. Initially, they shared the profile for a Full Stack Developer and mentioned that there were five rounds as per their standard process:

1. Coding Round
2. Full Stack Craft Round
3. System Design Round
4. Values Round
5. Discussion with Manager (includes behavioral questions)

After the screening round, there was no communication for two weeks. Following that, a recruiter reached out asking for availability for the coding round and scheduled half an hour to discuss the upcoming coding round.

Unfortunately, the recruiter did not reach out and did not respond for a few days until I sent follow-up emails.

After a few follow-up emails, I received an interview invitation from a different person.

When the interview was confirmed, I learned that it was not for a Full Stack role. The role was for a Senior Frontend Developer, which included browser coding and JavaScript coding. After the coding round, the system design round was scheduled.

Questions:

• Develop a tree view component.
• Explain promises, different storages in the browser, React states, etc.
• Design a Boards UI web app.
