Tough online competition followed by a series of fairly simple, though long, interviews.
Ross Inman, who was a Technical Recruiter at the time, followed up after every interview and explained the next steps. Everybody on the interview panel was positive and cheerful; I quite enjoyed every part of it.
It was a long process, though, and I had to refuse due to family commitments.
