Graduate Site Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - Melbourne, Australia

Process

R1 - HR Coding Test R2 - Phone Interview R3 - Virtual Skype Interview (Pair programming, whiteboard, technical knowledge)

Running an IDE with Skype concurrently was a nightmare and impeded the entire coding process. The whiteboard interview was interactive and fun; I had the opportunity to discuss design principles and architecture. The technical knowledge interview was trivial; basically, if you had any real programming experience, you'd be able to answer them.
