Process
The first step was a phone call with HR.
The second step was a technical interview with Karat.
They use the company Karat. The interviewer had an accent that made it difficult to understand his instructions. I believe I answered most of the interview questions correctly, or at least, that's what the interviewer indicated after each of my responses.
I don't think any company should use Karat or a third party for interviews. It feels like an exam. Karat might be suitable for assessments, but not for interviews.
