Overall, the process was frustrating and felt disrespectful. I had two coding interview questions, both of which were relatively easy. I successfully solved them with optimal implementations, complete with unit tests and defined models. Despite this, I was unexpectedly rejected.

The reason given was that during the interview, I looked up the syntax for a Python sorted function.

The recruiter did not proactively communicate the outcome after two weeks. I had to send three emails and persistently inquire about the interview results. Eventually, the recruiter mentioned they would call me sometime when they were available.
