Process

I am currently applying for their Summer Internship program as a Site Reliability Engineer. After resume screening, I was given the chance to do an online coding test via HackerRank.

I was allowed 90 minutes to complete the questions, which concluded:

3 MCQs
4 basic data structure questions

These were relatively simple when compared to tests for applying as a Developer.

After passing all of them, I moved to the next stage and am now waiting for a phone interview.

Cons: Increasingly woke management style creeping in everywhere, eroding competency levels. Company-wide vaccine policy in the face of all common sense and serious questions of risks. Employee Share Schemes offered generally close to worthless.
