Process
The process was an initial technical phone screen interview with standard Java questions around hashmaps and equals methods. Then I had to do a written coding test before being invited onsite for a pair programming interview. This was around generics and reflection; it was pretty nerve-wracking. The coding test was in Java 1.4, and you had to make a failing test pass.
