Process
The interview process included:
- One online assessment, a HackerRank test.
- One phone interview, which was mostly a personality and non-technical assessment.
- Three video interviews covering topics such as concurrency, networking, object-oriented design, and regex.
- One onsite interview.
The last video interview only allowed the use of Java, which was disappointing.

Pros: No limit to learning.
20% time dedicated to your own favorite aspect of coding and innovation is insane!
In one year, I had a chance to work across two different products, apart from the one owned by my team. This happened because of innovation weeks that we have every five weeks.
Some really smart people to work with and a very healthy culture.
Cons: One has to be motivated to find things. Management will not always poke you.
People at times overreact by posting literally anything on the internal Confluence, which is a knowledge management tool.

Pros: Great work-life balance, nice perks. I have the challenges I want for my career and can work with smart people.
Besides, the company provides everything I need to work from home, plus trainings and a budget to spend on learning, trainings, books, courses, etc.
I can work from home and live far from the city (office) if I want.
Cons: Honestly, I can't think of anything.
