The recruiter reached out to me for an SDET position. I showed interest and underwent a 1.5-hour online code test. I did pretty well and thought I would move on to the tech phone interview. Then, I was asked to create a project for their product, which would probably take a couple of days. I did not do it, as I think it's unfair to have a candidate spend a lot of time on their product!
