Process

There were three steps:

  1. A short phone interview.
  2. A one-hour coding interview.
  3. A two-and-a-half-hour final round.

The one-hour coding interview was pretty chill, featuring one engineer and an easy-to-medium question about sorting files by frequency.

The final round consisted of three parts:

  • A non-technical personality interview about company values.
  • A system design portion with no actual coding.
  • A mildly technical interview (no coding).

Overall, the experience was really great. The interviews never felt awkward, and the response times from recruiters were very fast.
