Process
Interesting questions and interactive interviewers.
Focus was on design and implementation. The algorithmic complexity was not very high.
Had 3 rounds:
- DS/Algo
- LLD
- HLD
Overall, it was a good experience, even without an offer.

Good pay at a cost to mental health
Software Engineer • Current Employee
October 25, 2025
Pros: Good pay, good engineering, some good teammates.
Cons: Pay comes at a price.
Be ready to sacrifice:
* Work-life balance.
* Mental health (if fake manager).
* APEX (stack ranking against your teammates).
* Don't join a platform team; platform teams are taken for granted. Only join expand-the-business teams.

Great place to grow
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Mountain View, California, United States
July 20, 2020
Pros: - can make an impact as a young engineer, your opinion and ideas will be respected.
- engineers are encouraged to spend time learning new or deepening technical skills. This is a great opportunity to grow as a more junior engineer.
- surrounded by extremely smart people.
- good work-life balance (on my team...see below).
Cons: It seems like work-life balance depends heavily on the team and management. I have colleagues on different teams who feel overworked and burnt out, but this is not a problem on my team.
