Process
The coding round was a traditional coding question. I answered the question, follow-ups, and any clarifications. However, it seemed that the interviewer didn't like me at all.
The values and Q&A round went pretty well. We had discussions, and things went smoothly. But the last interviewer didn't seem to know what to ask and randomly talked about existing problems, as if he wanted me to solve his current project. It felt like all of them were making things up as they went. Some of them even commented that my experience was too high, even though it matched the job description.

Stack ranking is used, and whenever too many managers give too many high numbers, they go through the process of 'calibration' where they meet up and figure out who to bump up, down, etc.

Your main focus for each quarter is how you can make your performance review look good. They put a very large emphasis on metrics like PR count and encourage you to be in the 75th percentile. The only issue is this data is public, and the number is always shifting, so you will always have to do more in order to be above others trying to do the exact same thing. You get chopped if you don't. I've seen this turn people against each other to boost their own numbers.
