Process
Overall, the communication was really smooth with the recruiter, hiring managers, and team members. The interview process felt more like working with a team, and I really liked that.
The final offer phase was too rigid. HR lowballed me on the level and salary. When I asked for feedback regarding the leveling decision, the feedback contradicted what the interviewers told me, stating I did great.
