I also interviewed for Meta and made it through. For Atlassian, I failed because the input for the question was too lengthy, and I was asked to explain the whole process to solve it, which I failed to type out extensively. For Meta, I made it through code challenges.
Meta and all other companies that moved me forward pay 50% more than Atlassian, mostly U.S. tech companies. I was assessed to be Senior level.
